Transterring coaching skills to managers for better management

The goal of our Coaching Skill Training is not just transferring coaching skills.ツ黴€ It is about changing behavior and performance in the workplace.ツ黴€ Behavior change does not happen instantly after classroom training.ツ黴€ It requires intensive, repetitive, and continual reminding and practice.ツ黴€ In addition, the practice needs to be applied in the real world to make it effective and valid.

Our programs are designed to create insight and promote repetitive practicing in the real work place.ツ黴€ We believe that through such approach, the learned skills and behaviors will be powerful and applicable in individually unique working environments.ツ黴€ Most importantly, the influence of such maneuver will send effects to the team and the organization as a whole and make effect to the total performance.

Coaching Skills Workshops

Classroom workshops for leaders and managers aiming to improve their skills to influence and develop people.ツ黴€ Our workshops focus on real and actual communication, and is designed in a way so that participants can have insights about everyday workplace communication.ツ黴€ We build on such insights and teach, as well as coach participants to maximize their learning experiences.ツ黴€ Cases from participants' real life situation will be used in the workshop to ensure the skills are applicable and valid in the workplace.ツ黴€ Since the workshops are a one-time experience and has limited effect on behavior change, we recommend clients to follow it up with follow-up programs and intensive programs.
